Selina has a bachelor’s degree in psychology (Honors) and has been administering and coordinating psychological assessments for over 15 years. Selina has been with BLA for 7 years and is responsible for the administration and appropriate use and integrity of assessments and assessment materials. Alongside her work with psychometric assessment, Selina has worked as an Organizational Consultant for Workplace Health and Safety with a leading EFAP provider conducting detailed needs analyses with client organizations and planning and coordinating support services, such as mediation, change management, coaching and workplace support.
